Agreement Between User and lovecalvary.com
Welcome to lovecalvary.com. The lovecalvary.com website (the “Site”) is operated by Love Calvary (“Company”). Your use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your reference.
lovecalvary.com is an e-commerce website.
The purpose of this website is to operate an online store that sells Christian apparel and accessories, including shirts, sweatshirts, and other items featuring Bible verses and inspirational faith-based designs. The website also includes a blog with educational articles about Scripture, theology, and Christian living.
Refunds & Returns
Because Love Calvary operates as a print-on-demand store, all products are made specifically for each order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and all sales are final.
However, we will always make it right if there is an issue with your order. A refund or replacement will be provided only in the following situations:
The item arrives damaged
The item arrives defective
The item received is materially different from what was ordered (wrong size, wrong design, wrong color, etc.)
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lovecalvary.com with the following:

Clear photos of the item and the issue
A brief description of the problem
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a refund when appropriate.
Love Calvary reserves the right to evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis. Claims submitted after 7 days, or claims without sufficient documentation, may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Privacy

Electronic Communications
Visiting lovecalvary.com or sending emails to the Company constitutes electronic communication. You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures provided via email or on the Site meet legal requirements for written communication.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
Love Calvary does not accept returns or issue refunds unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. Because most products are made to order, all sales are considered final.
